This week Tee is excited to welcome Kate Boyle for a great chat about movement, pilates, and proper nutrition. Kate is passionate about holistic health and great movement. She specializes in helping clients eliminate pain and build strength and flexibility through easy healthy habits and great movement practices. With more than 16 years of experience in the health and fitness field, she is passionate about helping people move well, eliminate pain, and live a balanced life by prioritizing their health and movement.
Having suffered from IBS and fructose intolerance, as well as food restriction habits in her developing years as a dancer, Kate experienced a long love-hate relationship with her body and food. Kate’s poor body image and constant struggle with food led her to study Food and Nutrition science at University. Kate wanted to find out the facts on what good health really is and start to heal her body from the inside out by using food for nourishment and as a type of medicine.
In this episode, Kate shares her story while sharing an array of tips and tricks on healthy nutrition, eliminating toxins, and effective movement. Tee and Kate discuss strategies for grocery shopping and meal prep while also discussing great food options for children and young people. Kate also shares some of her favorite ways to stay active while breaking down the principles and benefits of practicing pilates for men and women of all ages!
