Practicing and training create damage in the body naturally, and athletes need to fuel their bodies properly with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Tricia Mangan knows that this is critical to her performance; it's helped her get to where she is today – in the Olympics!
Tricia is a US Alpine Ski racer, 2018 Olympian competing in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Bejing. Outside of skiing, she is an avid adventurer and a recent graduate of Dartmouth College with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Growing up in Buffalo, NY with five siblings, she took an alternative path to the US Ski Team. She was a chaotic skier from a tiny mountain in Western New York and only able to train a couple of times a week. Tricia always knew that her path made her the underdog, and this mindset fueled her passion for always improving on and off the hill.
