This week Tee welcomes Amy Wilson to the podcast to help us understand the dangers of ultra-processed food and how we can begin to free ourselves from them. With over 30 years of experience, Amy specializes in developing individualized health plans that navigate through her client’s individual barriers, allowing them to be successful in their efforts.
